We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll check your artist’s availability and do our best to accommodate your new date and time. If your original artist is unavailable, we will recommend a suitable replacement from our team.

Your peace of mind is our priority. In the rare case that your assigned artist is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, we will arrange a replacement artist of equal skill and experience from our team to ensure you are well taken care of on your special day.

Our trials are designed specifically for testing and perfecting your bridal style—not for photoshoot-ready results. To ensure both your trial and photoshoot receive the attention they deserve, we recommend booking a separate session for pre-wedding photography.

The trial is a three-hour session focused on refining your ideal bridal look(s). Here's what to expect: Makeup: We’ll discuss your desired style, features, and preferences Try out different lashes, eyeliner styles, eyeshadow shades, and lip colors Demo multiple options (e.g. glowy vs. matte skin, bold vs. natural lips) If you’re considering two distinct wedding day looks, we may apply them side-by-side (e.g. half-and-half face test) Hair: Try out 2–3 hairstyles in a simplified form (without full prepping or final pins) Discuss how different styles suit your dress neckline, veil, and face shape Please note: The trial is for testing and refining, not a complete or long-wear finish. On your actual day, we’ll execute everything in full detail with lasting techniques and full prep.

Yes. All bridal trials are held at our studio, unless you request for it to be done at a different location (additional fees may apply).
