POLICY

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the clients agree as follows:

1.    Agreement

The term and agreement shall commence upon receiving the deposits and continue until the Services are complete and full payment, including surcharges, has been rendered. Payment of deposit is deemed as the Client is read and agree to this terms and conditions.

2.    Initial Booking

To secure a date, a 50% deposit is required to place booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable between packages or artists. Dates and scheduled times will only be reserved when a 50% deposit payment is received. We take full payment for credit card payment.

3.    Change of date and time

We allow 1 change to be made without any charges up to 1 year from the date of the wedding for any unforeseen circumstances. The subsequent changes to be made will incur a 20% fee of the total amount. Client accepts that there might be a chance of your desired Artist is unavailable due to change of date. Therefore, Aoi's Makeup will find a replacement of a similar rank to for Client.

4.    Surcharges

Morning Surcharges

• 6.30 am and before: 30 SGD

• 5.30 am and before: 80 SGD

• 4.30 am and before: 100 SGD

 

Distance surcharges 

• Sentosa/Tuas/Offshore Islands: 50 SGD/trip

5.    Trial Session

For bridal makeup, we strongly recommend a practice session for the Bride, and that she bring images depicting any styles she likes, along with any headpieces she plans to use. 

​

Artist has a hectic schedule for actual weddings on weekends, the trials are held on weekdays at Aoi's Makeup Studio. The trials are available from Monday - Friday, 11am - 9pm.

6.    Final Fee Due Date

All fees for the Services must be paid in full at least 1 business day prior to the Event Date. Client assumes all responsibility of payment to Artist for all members of the group or party included for styling and makeup.

7.    Sanitation and Skin Conditions

All brushes and tools are sanitized prior to and between every makeup application. Products used are skincare-based and/or hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported to the Artist prior to application and if appropriate, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client and all other persons receiving Services agree to release Artist and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reaction.

8.    Cancellation 

All deposits paid by Client will be non-refundable. If Artist became too ill or hospitalised at any time or becomes unable to perform Artist’s duties for any reason, Aoi's Makeup will have a replacement of a similar rank for Client.

9.    Force Majeure

Artist will not be liable to the Client for any loss resulting from an act of God, natural disaster, an emergency or accident of any kind, an act of the public enemy, war, general arrest or restraint of government and people, civil disturbance or similar occurrence, terrorist attack, general disruption of the Internet, or general inability of national carriers to make scheduled deliveries.

10.    Use of Image

Unless the Client mention not to disclose, Artist may use on his or her website and in any brochure, flyer, or other material any and all photographs, video, audio and any other media that is captured or recorded by Artist. Client agrees to release any and all claims regarding use of his / her image for such purposes.
